Tip of the day

Oh my gosh you guys.

I just learned the coolest thing.

Ever.

I learned that if you have been chopping a lot of garlic (which I have been because Tyler loves his garlic!) you CAN get rid of the smell! All you have to do is rub your hands on your stainless steel sink and you don't smell anymore! It's true. I've done it and it really works.

Now go chop some garlic...

Did you know that they sell little bars of stainless steel that are shaped like soap for fishermen? If you rub your fishy hands on them, it also gets rid of the smell. I never thought about it for garlic, but it makes sense.

I was not a believer of that tip until I had tried it myself and yes it does work and I do it all the time :)

I used a stainless steel knife....not a sharp one though. You can't prove anything.
